FAQ

No appointment necessary at DRIVE Collision Centers! If you prefer we can set up an appointment for you, or you can drop in during our hours (Mon-Fri from 7:30am – 5:30pm). We also offer Free mobile estimates at your home or office. Please allow 15 – 30 minutes for the estimate to be written depending on the extent of damage and if it is an unusual vehicle. Relax in our comfortable customer lounge enjoying free coffee, snacks, WiFi, and play area for the kids. Remember, with our e-Estimate option available under the service area of this site, you can upload 1-3 photos and your vehicle information and we will get back to you usually within 24 hours.

Does my insurance company use your collision center?

DRIVE Collision Centers works with all insurance companies. It is YOUR right as a consumer to choose the collision center that you feel is best for YOU not the insurance company. Here at DRIVE we strive to go beyond our customers’ expectations and our referral business from our customer base is a testament to that goal!

What is a deductible and is it possible to save on my deductible?

Your deductible is part of your insurance policy. It shows the amount of money you agreed to pay if you have a collision loss. It is the first portion of repairs (your deductible) for which you are responsible.

It is illegal to “build” any deductible dollars into an estimate and; of course, we do not approve of that practice. To help our customers meet their deductible obligations we offer the “Zero Deductible Options” program, just ask our staff!

How soon may I wash my car?

The vehicle may be washed immediately. We recommend using mild car soap. Do not take vehicle through an automated car wash for at least 30 days.

How soon can I get in?

Drop offs welcome! Please drop off your vehicle, call to arrange a pick up, or if it is not derivable, call us for a free tow as a result of a collision. We will photograph your vehicle and write an estimate for you. If you choose to use your insurance, tell them your vehicle is at DRIVE Collision Centers for repair.

Will I get a free loaner?

Yes! At DRIVE Collision Centers we offer Free loaners to all our customers. Our fleet consists of cars, vans, and trucks. If you have special physical needs we will do our best to accommodate you.

How long do repairs take?

We start work on your vehicle as soon as we get insurance approval. For many insurance companies we are a Direct Repair Shop and can begin your car repairs immediately. From that point, it depends on the extent of the damage, work to be done, and availability of parts. However, we will give you an estimated timeline and keep you informed of the progress on your vehicle throughout the repair process. And be sure to ask us about our Express Repairs!
